The THINKING
The november company was established on 1st May 2002, as November ad.
We aimed at a hundred year company, among the goals of many companies.
We trying to make our own frame work come first relationship with our client, employees by farther and deeper thinking.
We are smaller but stronger, not commercial but artistic. We think us as a family not a society. The employees' welfare and human relationship with client more important than profit of the company and ours. With these small thoughts we hope to be a good company more wanted to work together than others 100 years later.
더노벰버 주식회사는 2002년 5월 1일 '노벰버애드'라는 조그만 광고디자인회사로 설립 되었습니다.
'100년의 기업'을 목표로 18년째, 천천히 초석을 다져가고 있는, 아직은 원석에 가까운 회사입니다.
당장의 이익에만 급급하지 않으며 항상 멀리, 깊이 생각하고 클라이언트와의 관계, 직원들간의 관계를 최우선으로 생각하며 더노벰버만의 틀을 만들기 위해 노력하고 있습니다.
실패의 경험을 중요하게 생각하며 도전을 하지않으면 실패를 할 수 없다는 생각으로, 많은 시행착오와 많은 실패, 그리고 그로인한 많은손해도 봤지만, 초석을 다져가기위한 중요한 경험이라고 생각합니다.
거대함보다는 작지만 강한, 상업적 보다는 예술적인, 사회라기보다는 가족, 기업의 이윤보다는 직원의 복지를, 우리의 이익보다는 클라이언트와의 인간적인 관계를 더 중요하게 생각합니다.
이런 조그만 생각들이 모여 100년 후에는 우리의 클라이언트와 우리의 직원들 모두, 함께 일하기 좋은, 함께 살아가기 좋은, 그런 회사가 되길 꿈꿉니다.
